Dear Saal Digital Customer,
With this email, you have the possibility to conclude an agreement for order processing (AV) with us as contract processor according to Art. 28 DS-GVO on the basis of the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation valid from the 25th of May, 2018.
We have created a possibility for you to use the new legal situation of the DS-GVO and to enable the conclusion electronically via this page. This saves everyone involved some effort and still enables a legally secure data protection basis for our future cooperation.
At the end, you can check the data again and after conclusion you will receive the agreement directly for download as well as by e-mail as a PDF attachment.
Hint:
If a check should be necessary in advance, e.g. by your data protection officer, you have the option of downloading a PDF in advance after entering the data - but before concluding the agreement on the second page - but this does not replace the complete conclusion of the agreement.
